Park Avenue Hotel establishment aims to provide hospitality services with 204 Rooms and Suites for customer convenience. Park Avenue Hotel offers affordable rates provided by different room types consisting of Deluxe (single/ twin), Executive Room (single/ twin), Avenue Suite 1 & 2,and Presidential Suite. Various facilities are available in all the rooms which include a swimming pool, telephone, individual air conditioning, safety box, television, hair dryer, and others.

For those customers who love sports, Park Avenue also provides a place of recreation such as a snooker and bowling center with 36 lanes, which is the largest in the Northern states with affordable charges.
Meeting and Events
In addition, the hotel also provides a hall for the use of guests to provide marketing conferences, wedding receptions, cocktail parties, grand dinners, and so on. Generally, the rental halls are used only for 8 hours full-time and 4 hours half-time. Each hall has been well equipped with its sound system, projector, and supplies according to customer requirements. The hall can hold meetings to prepare for the classrooms (desk and chair), theater-style (seats only), u shape, and so on.

Park Avenue Hotel also has two different types of restaurants International and Asian restaurants where the menu is according to the guest’s requirements. For example, Bistro Coffee House is a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and buffet meals to customers every day. Bistro Coffee House serving Malaysian food and western food prepared according to the schedule and specific months.Park Avenue Hotel also provides traditional Japanese food to customers which includes sashimi, sushi, tempura, and grilled fish. The design and layout of the restaurant are according to the Japanese culture to give customers a chance to feel at home.
